Organisation list help

This page shows a list of people who are members of this organisation

If there are many members, the list might extend over several pages. Click on the Prev and Next links to see more pages, alternatively click the page number itself to jump to the page.

If you have permission, and your Notanant subscription is suitable, you can add new members using the buttons at the bottom of the page. In addition, you may be able to add a classification script in order to collect specific information about members such as age, position and so on.

Members are either active or inactive. Active members have a username and password and can log-in for themselves and have member-level permissions. This means that they are in charge of their own details including what you can and cannot see and how they can be communicated with. Active members might be members of more than just this organisation

Inactive members are people who either have not been given, or have not activated their username and password. You can allocate a username and password for these people if you would like them to become active members.

To manage this list you can build a group of people which can be copied and pasted, or used to make or record communications. Select the people you want then click the Add to Group button. You can view and access the group using the link on the right hand side that will pop up as the group is started. If the group runs across several pages you need to Add to Group before switching to the next page.
